Alertergy app for iPhone and iPad

Alertergy will notify you if the allergens are high wherever you are! That way you are never taken by surprise with an allergy attack!

Its easy! Just choose the levels of grass, tree, and weed allergens you are sensitive to and Alertergy will notify you when you have entered an area with high allergens. Just keep Alertergy running in the background and relax!



Although Apple requires me to post the following disclaimer, this app attempts to use significant location changes only, thus minimizing power drain. Further, if location services are not enabled for this app it only checks for allergy levels when you launch the app; no extra power drain. This is what Apple documents about using significant location changes, "This interface delivers new events only when it detects changes to the device’s associated cell towers, resulting in less frequent updates and significantly lower power usage.".

Disclaimer: Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
